What are your pieces made of?
925 sterling silver, set primarily with GRA-certified moissanite.

A few select designs use premium cubic zirconia. The product page always says which.

Are your stones certified?
Every moissanite piece comes with its GRA certificate, included in the pouch.

Cubic zirconia pieces are not certified, and we never claim otherwise.

Will 925 silver turn my skin green?
No. Sterling silver may darken over time through contact with air and cosmetics.

A soft cloth removes it. It is also well tolerated by sensitive skin, unlike the nickel alloys used in costume jewelry.

How long are your necklace chains?
40 cm, with a 5 cm extender, and a spring ring clasp.

How do I find my ring size?
Use a ring you already wear, or ask any jeweller to size you.

If you fall between two sizes, take the larger one: a slightly loose ring can be worn, one that is too tight cannot.

How long does it take?
1 to 2 business days to prepare. Then 3 to 5 business days in transit for Quebec, Ontario and the Maritimes, up to 12 for Western Canada and the territories.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, by email, as soon as your parcel ships.

How is my order packaged?
In a cream Rhalys pouch with a gold snap, with its certificate and our thank-you card.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in its original packaging.
