• Where we ship. Canada. United States coming soon.
• Processing. Your order is prepared within 1 to 2 business days.
• Delivery. Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days in Quebec, Ontario and the Maritimes. Western Canada and the territories can take up to 12 business days.
• Cost. $9.99 on orders under $69.99. Free above $69.99.
• Tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your parcel leaves.

Returns

If a piece is not right, send it back. No explanation needed.

• You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
• Return shipping is on us.
• Condition. The piece must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.
• Every product is eligible. There are no exceptions in our catalogue.
• Refund. Full refund, issued once the return has been received and approved.

How to start a return

Write to us with your order number and the piece concerned.

We reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, or contains the wrong piece, contact us with a photograph.

We replace it at our cost, without asking you to return anything first.
