Shipping policy

We ship from Canada to addresses within Canada. Shipping to the United States is coming soon.

Processing

Your order is prepared and packed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your parcel has shipped, most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days in Quebec, Ontario and the Maritimes. Western Canada and the territories can take up to 12 business days.

Shipping cost

$9.99 on orders under $69.99. Free on orders of $69.99 and above.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your parcel leaves. If you have not received it within 2 business days of your order confirmation, check your spam folder, then write to us.

Carrier

We select the carrier that delivers your order fastest for the price. The carrier is shown in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping address

Please check your address before confirming your order. If you spot a mistake, write to us within 12 hours and we will correct it if the parcel has not yet left.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, or if it has not moved for more than 10 business days, write to us. We open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we reship or refund your order — your choice.
